A PDO olive (Protected Designation of Origin) of the Nocellara of Belice variety grown in Sicily. Bright green in color with a crisp and firm pulp, medium in size and oval shaped, the Castelvetrano olive is mild in flavor. It can be served as a table olive or for garnishing salads. These olives are the true taste of Italian sun and soil.
